Google Maps directions to a selected hunting parcel

Choose a checked access point in SKHunter and open Google Maps driving directions. Understand why a parcel reference point is not an entrance.

Find a parcelOpen the map

Choose a destination on the parcel card

Open a parcel and select the navigation section. If you have saved an entrance or parking point for that parcel, select it and review its check status. The destination should be a place you have confirmed is accessible, not simply the middle of a parcel.

When a day-plan stop has an assigned access point, that point is preferred. If it is missing or no longer usable, resolve the point selection before navigating. A stop marked with blocked entrance or missing permission should not be treated as ready to visit.

Preview when an entrance has not been checked

When there is no checked entrance, SKHunter can offer a route preview to the parcel’s reference position after you acknowledge the limitation. This position is not a verified road entrance, parking spot or right of access.

Google Maps may route toward the nearest mapped road, but that route does not establish legal access across private land. Compare the road layout with the boundary and confirm the final approach independently.

Open Google Maps

For an eligible checked point, the navigation button opens Google Maps driving directions using that point as the destination. Google Maps handles the origin and route selection; SKHunter does not force the website’s distance-search origin to become your navigation origin.

On a phone, whether the link opens the installed Google Maps app or a browser depends on your device settings. Review the destination and route before starting. Recheck access and posted signs on arrival.
